How long does it take to get accredited?

You can subscribe instantly here on our website. We will email you within 48 hours with the next steps.

How long does my accreditation last?

Your certificate never expires however to stay accredited and be listed on our members directory you need to have an active membership that renews each year with your subscription payment.

I've changed my mind, can I cancel my membership?

If you cancel your membership within 14 days of subscribing we will refund your subscription fee in full. If you cancel after 14 days of subscribing we cant refund your membership fee but can still cancel your membership.

Individual Membership

What happens if I don't pass my knowledge check?

When you subscribe, within 5 working days, we will send you our "Foundation Workbook". This contains all the information you need, and more, to easily pass your knowledge check. You can take the Knowledge check as many times as you like until.

When will I receive my certificate and eBadge?

You will receive your certificate and eBadge, via email, within 5 working days of you successfully passing your Knowledge Check. Sorry, we cannot provide printed versions.

When will I receive my "Mastering LinkedIn" workbook?

You will receive your workbook, via email, within 5 working days of subscribing. Sorry, we cannot provide printed versions.

Business Membership

What if I don't agree to the Code of Conduct?

Agreeing to the CXaccredited Code of Conduct is fundamental to providing great service to customers and as such, if you are not able to agree to the Code of Conduct then you cannot be a member of CXaccredited.

When will I receive my certificate, Customer Promise poster and eBadge?

You will receive your certificate with 5 working days of you subscribing via email. Sorry, we cannot provide printed versions.
